Alabama is trying to prosecute people who help women travel to obtain access to an abortion

Alabama’s attorney general is among those that seem to think the law is beneath them. In a pair of new court filings, Steve Marshall claimed he has the right to prosecute anyone who does.

Marshall per the filing is attempting to cite a vague Alabama law that otherwise would make it a crime to assist in a crime from outside of Alabama.
