Tia Mowry is probably wishing her divorce proceedings would hurry up. According to court documents, Mowry ‘s almost ex-husband Cory Hardict is now trying to contest the validity of their ironclad prenup that was signed way back in 2008. The prenup quite literally states that Hardict ‘if he leaves the marriage’ leaves with nothing more than the clothes on his back. Hardict is attempting to challenge the prenup in hopes that he leaves with some form of financial compensation although that is unlikely. Prenups in California are generally set in stone and rarely ever nullified.
Mowry has also asked the court in her case that neither she nor Hardict be awarded spousal support per the prenup.
