This happened in 2021 and has since resurfaced amid the conversation about excessive police force in America. Unsurprisingly, this was in Texas and both cops lost their job only to get jobs in neighboring towns. Police officials apologized and dropped charges — but ended up forking over $200,000 of taxpayers money in the area over their own negligence.
