Reality T.V star Erika Jayne is making headlines once more. According to Page Six, Jayne and at least two other former heads from the family ‘s fallen law firm have been named in suit. Those other two have been identified as Samantha Gold and John Kelley Courtney. All three stand accused of profiteering off of Nicolas Cage ‘s ex-girlfriend Christina Fulton. Jayne is being accused of aiding or outright stealing at least $700,000 in so-called missing funds.
Page Six obtained a set of lawsuit documents confirming the news though no comment from Jayne ‘s camp. According to those documents and the Post ‘s report, Fulton was involved in a major car crash back in 2016. At the time she reportedly suffered severe injuries and was provided a settlement of more than $924k.
Fulton also noted in the documents that it was until July 2022 that she had actually learned where her check went. Went meaning it allegedly was deposited without her consent in 2019 to a firm bank account which she had no knowledge of.
