The International Criminal Court of Justice has ordered Israel to halt its Rafah offensive as BiBi faces greatest threat to his rule in years

Israel ‘s time before the ICJ continues. According to reports, the ICJ has ordered Israel to halt its offensive and Rafah and prepare to report on such progress in about a month in the latest blow to BiBi’s isolated regime.

The Lowdown

A new ruling from the ICJ has landed Israel in an even further isolated spot. According to Sky News, Israel has been ordered to halt its offensive in Rafah; open the Egyptian crossing, allow in humanitarian aid, and also must allow in investigators into the war-torn strip.

“The state of Israel shall… immediately halt its military offensive, and any other action in the Rafah governorate, which may inflict on the Palestinian group in Gaza conditions of life that could bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part.” reads the ruling.
