Hamas at least according to the group claims it is preparing to accept the Qatari-Egyptian brokered cease-fire deal. Details of the deal are not fully known yet.
The Lowdown
According to the AP, Israel at the same time formally attacked Rafah this morning marking yet another escalation in the 7-month war. It is not immediately clear if the cease-fire deal means Israel will withdrawal from the war torn region.
