⚠️ Trader Joe’s has announced a cashew recall after finding that some containers may contain traces of salmonella

The Lowdown

According to the grocer, the 50% Less Salt Roasted and Salted Whole Cashews were on shelves and sold in Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Washington.

The recall has affected 16 states in total. In the same announcement, Trader Joes acknowledged that customers should look out for Packages that read best before February 21, 2025; March 1 2025; March 8 2025; and March 10, 2025 are affected.

Throw them away or go back for a full refund.
