No matter what you do or where you go eventually if you do something crazy somehow you’ll be identified. Jordan Neely’s killer is learning this the hard way following reports that he has been formally identified.

Bazaar Daily has confirmed that Penny is the man in the video who put Neely into the chokehold. He is understood to be from West Islip New York.
