Fox’s day of reckoning is almost here and it is poised to be dramatic

Dominion Voting Systems $1.6B lawsuit against Fox News over its false claims of election interference is going to trial. Starting Monday in Delaware, the case is finally set to go before a jury that will ultimately decide Fox’s fate. The judge in the case has already pronounced the claims made by Fox News as universally false.

Jurors in the case will be tasked with deciding whether or not Fox News defamed the voting company. Defamed by means of its false and misleading coverage that helped play into the far-right fringe theory that the election was stolen from Donald Trump.

Over the weekend Judge Eric Davis sanctioned Fox’s lawyers after it was discovered they had lied numerous times about the extent of Rupert Murdoch’s involvement.

So far it is known that Sean Hannity; Tucker Carlson, and Fox honcho Rupert Murdoch are all expected to testify in the blockbuster trial.
