Reality star Jen Shah sentenced to 6 1/2 years in prison for her massive telemarketing scheme

US reality star Jen Shah widely known for her massive fraudulent telemarketing scheme is going to prison. According to court information, Shah has been sentenced to six and a half years in federal prison for her role in a decade long telemarketing scheme that scammed dozens of people. Among those were infamously vulnerable and elderly folks on fixed incomes.

Following Judge Stein’s ruling in New York City Shah with a cracking voice had this to say in court according to multiple reports “First and foremost I am deeply sorry for what I have done. I take full responsibility for my actions and I’m doing all I can to fix the harm I have caused.”

“I’m so sorry for the agony and significant financial loss each of you have endured,” she said of the victims.

Sales of Free Jen merchandise have been suspended and any proceeds going forward will go towards paying back victims.
