California is now operating on an endemic policy going forward

EDITORS NOTE: Endemic simply means the end phase pf a pandemic and more than likely in this case to end it but learn to live alongside it.

California Governor Newsom is back in the headlines this morning. According to reports published yesterday, Newsom has announced that his state is set to move to an what is known as an endemic policy in the fight against the Coronavirus. The state now hopes to move to a catch-and-quarantine type of response going forward getting back to some pace of life. It is a change for many once the new rules take effect considering it has been two years in the making.

California joins a host of other U.S cities and even foreign countries dropping or lessening their COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. It is understood that these new guidelines will take effect on 28 Feb.
