Reports: The Wendy Williams Show to be replaced in syndication as reports fly that talk show titan will step down from her empire

The Wendy Williams show which catapulted the likes of the aforementioned host to superstardom status may be coming to an end. According to multiple reports, the iconic yet controversial American chat show may be coming to an end amid deeply troubling health struggles for Williams. Multiple US reports indicate that Williams and producers are gearing up for heartbreaking discussions about the end — which may come to a close after 13 seasons and unforgettable moments.

The Sun reports that on top of her own struggles she also recently became positive for COVID-19 although she is fully vaccinated. It is unclear about the future of the show which was due to premiere again on 4 October but has since been delayed again.

Though it’s worth noting that other reports indicate that producers are aiming to replace Williams timeslot with none other than Nick Cannon and his show. That may be complicated though due to the fact that both shows are nationally syndicated which means that they’d have to go station to station to ensure that could actually happen.
