According to property records, the massive home was bought for $36.5m although it was originally listed for upwards of $45m. The home features more than 19k square feet; 14 bathrooms, 7 bedrooms, and round the clock security thanks to a courtesy guard house on the property. It also features at least four different guest houses on the property.
