Rapper Ja Rule is putting his usefulness where his mouth is. According to RevoltTV, Ja Rule donated 2k useable masks to NYC ‘s homeless shelter(s) in hopes that they can be used to help others fend off the novel COVID-19 virus.
“I’m happy to announce that I’ll be teaming up with Knock Knock Give A Sock and my company ICONN and I’ll be donating 2,000 masks,” Ja announced on Instagram. “While we’re all being urged to stay at home and stay safe, sometimes we kind of forget about those who don’t have a home to go to, who can’t stay safe. So, I’m donating 2,000 masks to the homeless.”
