Following Hunter Biden’s triple conviction on federal gun charges — he is facing at least 25 years in prison assuming he serves any time at all.

The Lowdown

Federal Judge Maryellen Noreika has yet to actually set a sentencing date in the case though such usually takes place months after a conviction.

On Tuesday, Biden was convicted in a Delaware court of lying on federal paperwork to unlawfully obtain a gun while knowingly a crack addict.
