Palace officials are doing little to quell the major controversy brewing over an intentionally altered photo released by Catherine, The Princess of Wales.
The Lowdown
On Monday, The Princess herself addressed the release of what is now known to be a doctored photograph of herself and her children. The photo following release was instantly picked apart after Princess Charlotte’s arm appeared off among other things.
On X, Catherine addressed the scandal head on admitting to her alterations but not admitting the why part.
“Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing,” the princess wrote. “I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused.”
