Charges in the case against one Brian Laundrie are preparing to be upped again. According to reports, prosecutors in the case against him made the announcement Tuesday that more were being explored.
State attorney David Aronberg also confirmed that because he fled that won’t at all help his case if he’s found alive.
At trial, his flight can come back to haunt him because the prosecutors can point to that,” Aronberg said during a recent interview with News Nation Now.
“In fact, it’s even in some jury instructions that says that if you flee, that is consciousness of guilt and juries hate it when you flee,” he said.
