Heartbreaking disappearance dating back to the seventies may have been cracked wide open thanks to an eagle-eyed investigator in Osage County Oklahoma

Cynthia Kinney disappeared from a laundromat in 1976 in circumstances at the time that were unknown. According to reports, an investigator in Osage County may have just changed that after a shocking discovery inside of an old crossword puzzle mailed to the media by a serial killer.

The Lowdown

According to a local news report, an unsolved case in Oklahoma appears to have been cracked wide open. KFOR-TV reports that an investigator in the area has discovered Kinney’s name listed in a crossword puzzle allegedly sent by BTK to the media during his trial.

Serial killer Dennis Rader is also believed to be responsible for the deaths of at least two other women dating back to the same period. BTK was the infamous moniker Rader gave himself during his shocking trail of hell during his crime spree it stands for ‘bind torture and kill.’
