With closing arguments now completed in the federal sex-trafficking trial of Sean Combs, more legal problems for the Combs clan have emerged. According to reports, Diddy and his son Justin have been sued out of Los Angeles on claims that the duo raped a woman.

Just as the scandalous sex-crimes trial of Sean Combs comes to an end more allegations have surfaced. According to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles, another woman has come forward claiming that Diddy raped her in a hotel room along with his son Justin back in 2017. The woman in the complaint describes the alleged attack as a ‘gang rape’ also involving two other men believed to have been associates of the Combs pair at the time.
Elsewhere in the claims she claimed at the time she was lured from her professional life in Louisiana as an individual who achieved degreed success to LA where she was held hostage by the pair over the course of a weekend in 2017.
Per the suit, the woman is seeking compensatory damages and punitive damages for the assault, which per the suit she says left her with ‘severe emotional distress, emtional anguish, fear, anxiety, humiliation, emberassment, physical injury, emotional injury and trauma.
