Conservative and far-right efforts to dismantle access to abortion pills in the United States has failed. In a ruling, the Supreme Court rejected the case because the plaintiffs didn’t have grounds to sue.

NBC News reports that a large part of the ruling came down to the fact that the doctors who challenged the ruling — simply wanted to restrict others from obtaining the pill. A feat that the court decided goes against Article III of the constitution.
