Angelina Pollina the infamous Long Island Mom who left her autistic son in their garage to die has learned her fate. According to the case, Pollina has been sentenced to 25 years to life in the heartbreaking death of her kids Thomas Valva and his brother Anthony.
“My only regret is, Miss Pollina, they don’t have a garage,” Suffolk County Supreme Court Judge Timothy Mazzei told Pollina about the prison where she will serve time. “That’s where you deserve to be for the rest of your natural life.”
Pollina was previously convicted back in January for forcing her kids into the garage on a then dangerously cold night. In the case of Thomas, his body temp nosedived to 76 degrees. He also had a head injury, sunken hips, no body fat, alopecia, and a chronic kidney infection from holding his urine.
