It’s Tuesday morning folks kick back grab that cup of coffee we have allot to go over to start your day recapping events from overnight.
- Israeli Prime Minister (who as we always remind folks is under investigation for corruption among other things) has temporarily backed down from a planned judicial overhaul.
Following an intense clash with protesters across Tel Aviv over his plans, Netanyahu has now confirmed that the plans to overhaul the judicial system in favour of his religious alt-right extremist party have been placed on hold. It remains unclear for how long the pause may hold, though, protesters who helped bring the region to a united standstill may be the driving force that forces Netanyahu to back-peddle and back-peddle fast.

2. American poptart and mental health advocate Selena Gomez reportedly has a new boo.
Several reports out overnight now indicate that Selena Gomez was spotted on a date with none other than former boyband member Zayn Malik. The twosome was spotted at an unnamed restaurant having a grand time together and seemed to be smitten with each other at the time. Tik Tok videos first appeared online with nosey waitstaff who leaked the news online but did not name the restaurant.
3. About that school shooting in Nashville.
**IMPORTANT UPDATE*** The motive behind the shooting perpetrated by a woman named Audrey Hale appears to have been revenge-like. Cops are still investigating an alleged manifesto among other drawing (including one that was pretty scary starring Jack Nicholson.) Hale died at the scene of the shooting after having previously declared earlier in the day that she was going to die. Early reports indicate that Hale was unhappy with her past and having to attend the school herself at some point in her life.
4. As the world grows closer to nuclear war, North Korea has ordered its scientists to expedite making raw materials for said nuclear arsenal.
North Korean despot Kim Jong Un has reportedly ordered his scientists in the country to expedite the production of weapons-grade materials that may be capable of being used in such weapons. It comes against the backdrop of increased international threats from the hermit country because of the U.S led (joint) drills taking place near the Korean Peninsula. It is unclear if Kim would ever act on such a threat with nuclear weapons but joins a chorus of countries led by men who are otherwise leading the world to the brink of disaster.

Guys; gals, friends, and people in the United States listen and listen closely. You do not have to live in fear or live like this. Your schools are being shot up like it’s going out of style. Your politicians are failing you. Your politicians are in bed with the very groups (we’re looking at you NRA) that help along things like the most recent school shooting Nashville Tennessee. Our hearts go out to the families hit by this tragedy, especially to those who lost a loved one. To each of the children who lost their lives in this senseless tragedy, you did not have to die like that.
