Australia’s glorious and largest city Sydney will remain on lockdown until nearly September. According to the Associated Press, Australia is struggling right now with its own cluster that was found in June and appears to be the cause of a rise in cases. Right now, they’ve only risen by 177 in the past 24 hours but the locale government is scrambling to contain it before it spirals out of control.
. It was the largest daily tally since the cluster was discovered in mid-June. “I am as upset and frustrated as all of you that we were not able to get the case numbers we would have liked at this point in time but that is the reality,” New South Wales Premier Gladys Berejiklian told reporters.
