Turns out, the uber private couple has actually been dating since 2011.
For those who may not remember, Georgia Groome starred in the eerily annoying yet adorable comedy Angus Thongs & Perfect Snogging. News of their pregnancy surfaced after paparazzi spotted them in London yesterday.
