The Lowdown

In new comments amid the ongoing conflict,  Zelenskyy claimed that Russia isn’t abiding by the temporary ceasefire Vladamir Putin offered up publicly over the weekend.     On Ukraine ‘s part,  it is claimed that Russia has launched a series of attacks (not just one) contrary to the way the Russians are making it look.

“As of Easter morning, we can say that the Russian army is trying to create a general impression of a ceasefire, but in some places, it does not abandon individual attempts to advance and inflict losses on Ukraine,” Zelenskyy said in a post on X.

Accordingg to Zelenskyy and Ukrainian security forces, 59 instances of Russian shelling and five violent assaults alongthe front line (along with dozens of drone strikes) have all been recorded since the so-called ceasefire was announced.
