But it is uncertain about the apps future and exactly how it got unbanned.
An act of Congress, however, later set in stone by the Supreme Court cannot actually simply be ignored by a President. As noted by several outlets, it does not appear that Trump can issue an executive order to unban the app. Trump’s actions only extend the deadline to sell by 90 days the app isn’t actually unbanned.
