According to reports, Congolese prosecutor Lieutenant Colonel Innocent Radjabu is seeking the death penalty for what Congo claims was a desperate failed coup attempt.
The charges for the group include criminal association; attempting a coup, terrorism and murder. At least 3 people died during the onset of the coup attempt.
