Trump’s long shot effort to overrule all law in the United States may have just run into a road block. According to both the New York Times and the Washington Post —- SCOTUS has entered its case.

The Lowdown

Supreme Court justices have reportedly moved on the case of Donald Trump’s claim that he has absolute immunity from any and every crime for which he has committed or been charged.

The historic case which goes against nearly every law and order trope by the GOP is likely expected to be delayed by months with the lower court expected to determine the baseline between private actions and not-so-private ones.

We will continue following the case as it is determined just how the next move pans out.
