The Lowdown

According to reports, indicted Donald Trump is now allowed to post just $175m of the massive $454m fine against him. The new decision comes after the Appellate Division of the First Department ruled that the bond be lowered — but kept many areas of the case untouched.

Trump is also in Manhattan at the time for his infamous hush money trial. A hearing took place today and despite Trump’s efforts to delay that trial — the trial is expected to begin on 15 April.
