Under usual circumstances no way would we ever run clips from Russian TV. But in the United States, major discussions are underway for border enhancements along the US-Mexico border following several migrant surges that have dramatically overwhelmed America coast to coast.

The clip comes from Russian state TV but before we begin the following disclosure is required per our editorial policies.

The following clip you are about to see comes from state owned media in Russia. In this instance, the media cannot go against the Kremlin and this is and would be considered propaganda. We are showing this because it illustrates that there appears to have been a plan to sink immigration reform all along.

We are not the experts here but somebody might want to ask Russia what they know.
