Congressman Rob Menendez, yes that’s exactly who you think it is, has announced his re-election bid. The son of Bob Menendez has announced that he is seeking re-election amid his father’s wild charges that he allegedly betrayed the United States and nobody batted an eye.
In a statement released this week, Rob Menendez confirmed that he would follow through with representing his district out in New Jersey.
“I will be running for reelection based on that record so I can continue to serve the residents of this district that I love, in stark contrast to those who may run to further their own naked political ambition,” Rob Menendez said in a statement released Monday, according to Politico.
