Ex Roman Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, 93, will not stand trial for his sick sex crimes after all.
According to reports, the judge overseeing the sick case against disgraced ex Roman Cardinal Theodore McCarrick has dismissed the case over health concerns. Prosecutors and defense lawyers ultimately found that McCarrick suffers from dementia.
McCarrick was infamously defrocked by Pope Francis in 2019 after an internal investigation found he had molested a number of adults and children. One of those being a teen who alleged a sex attack decades ago.
