An infamous case involving a 10 year old victim and an abortion has managed to make international headlines. In Indiana, however, instead of acknowledging the case and properly issuing legal statements regarding the case the local government denied it happened.
The legal notice was reportedly sent by lawyers for a Dr Caitlin Bernard the doctor understood to have encountered the young girl. Bernard is also the doctor who is understood to have actually performed the abortion procedure. Additional reports indicate that despite the AG’s claims of the case not existing — a perp had since been arrested for the rape.
Please immediately cease and desist making any false or misleading statements” about Dr. Caitlin Bernard, reads the letter.
