He had it all but his world came crashing down after allegations (that later turned out to be very real) that he had been abusing boys on the road for several years. Jerry Harris, 21, will now spend 12 years of his life behind bars for his crimes against boys while a cheer professional according to Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois Joseph D. Fitzpatrick.
“The sentence is 12 years in prison, to be followed by 8 years of court-supervised release,” Fitzpatrick said to CNN and numerous other outlets on Wednesday.
