D.C ‘s infamous homeless killer has been identified as Gerald Brevard III, 30, who was arrested in the District on Tuesday shortly after 2:30 am local time inside of a gas station. According to reports, Brevard himself is actually also homeless according to revelations made by his own family. He has been charged with murder and multiple other charges are pending in the midst of a full investigation.
