American talk show icon Wendy Williams (both equally hated and loved nearly universally) has lost her talk show. According to US media reports (though we’re going to call uncertainty on this one unless a formal announcement is made), Williams’ show will end in June for good amid her many health struggles that remain mysterious to much of the public.
If sources from B. Scott (which often must be questioned) are to be believed the iconic but controversial talk show will end in June with Sherri Shepherd stepping in with her own show this Fall. It would be a dramatic change considering Wendy Williams was often known for her wide-ranging and massive audience draw as a talk show host. It is uncertain if Shepherd ‘s apparent new show would be anywhere near as popular as Wendy Williams.
