Recently anyway. A viral trend on Tik Tok appears to have exposed a dental fact that some apparently had no idea was a thing. A viral video appeared on Monday that claimed that doctors knew based on a spot in your mouth whether or not you’ve recently performed oral sex.
And it is safe to say that yes it is true. The dead giveaway is called petechiae.

A dentist has since responded to the claim confirming that it is indeed accurate and your dentist in fact knows what you did last Friday.
