LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA —  What should’ve been innocent Halloween otherwise ended in bloody massacre hours ahead of Halloween.  According to the  Long Beach police department, some of the 9 people injured had life threatening injuries.  The shooting per police happened around 10:44 pm local time last night.
