Trump: China not a currency manipulator after all

Despite the claims being part of one of his biggest campaign promises,  Trump, has now reportedly reversed his stance on China and its booming economy. According to Vox,  Trump, has now appeared in new interviews entirely reversing his stance on the controversial issue. 

On day one of a Trump administration, the US Treasury Department will designate China a currency manipulator,” he wrote in a Wall Street Journal op-ed in 2015.  Vox notes that many believe the reversal on opinions comes amid a renewed alliance between Trump and China to eventually take on the “increasingly troublesome situation involving Northern Korea”.
