Joni Sledge, who perhaps, may be best known for the dance-inducing anthem We Are Family has been found dead according to the band’s representative. According to reports, Sledge, 60, was found dead in her Arizona home over the weekend. Authorities have not entirely determined an exact cause of death.
Sledge’s family declined to comment on the death of the singer when contacted by The Daily News.
