In case you couldn’t get any madder about Brock Turner, the convicted rapist, is reportedly set to be released from jail early for good behavior. Â The AP confirmed that as of 2 June he is scheduled for release in early September, per rules, of the Santa Clara jail in which he is currently housed in.
Turner, was convicted of sexually assaulting a young unconscious female during a party last January.
Prosecutors had initially asked for Turner to serve 6 years in prison. But, per rules of the jail, as long as inmates behave during their stay they will get out early.
