LONDON — Think you’ve got what it takes to tweet for the monarchy? Queen Elizabeth and the Buckingham Palace would like to speak to you (ok, if you can get their attention on social media that is). According to the Monarchy’s website, the Queen, is seeking a head of digital engagement officer to travel with her on her engagements and document her many adventures.
“Whether you’re covering a state visit, award ceremony, or royal engagement, you’ll make sure our digital channels consistently spark interest and reach a range of audiences,” reads the listing. “With experience of managing and editing high profile websites, social media, and other digital formats, you’re the expert we need.”
As of this writing, applications are closed via the monarch’s website — however — the chance of getting noticed on social media using the handle @BritishMonarchy is quite high.
