VALENCIA — Â There are dumb things, and, then there are these things. A Valencia man is perhaps finding out the ladder of the worse consequences after he apparently was found in his vehicle with drugs and a taped up cat (no, joke). Â Tyler Scott Vest, 23, was arrested over the weekend during a routine stop after cops searched his vehicle — later finding both drugs and a cat in a carrier taped by the paws.
Both Vest and his lady friend Kylie were charged with animal cruelty, while, Â Vest must do a year in jail.
