SAN BERNANDINO — The man behind the rifles and weapons that were used in the San Bernandino attacks has reportedly been arrested. As we previously reported in early December, Enrique Martinez, 24, was long believed to be the “friendly neighbor” who illegally purchased the weapons for Tashfeen and Farook to be used in the deadly attacks on that social center in California.
According to federal authorities, Martinez, who was once holed up in a mental health facility attempting to prevent questioning from authorities — has been charged with terrorism plots and attempting to commit terrorism acts on American soil.
