People Magazine reports that prosecutors in the federal trial of Diddy are moving to streamline the case against him. People notes that prosecutors are no longer considering: consider attempted kidnapping, attempted arson, and aiding and abetting sex trafficking as predicate (or underlying) acts of the racketeering charge itself per the same report.
The announcement was made in a letter late Tuesday to Judge Arun Subramanian who is overseeing the high-profile trial.
