A proposal by the board would change that depending on population sizes and other information according to The Post.

A shocking story in the boroughs. According to reports, a killer NYC granny took her life and that of victimMarisa Galloway so that her son could get custody of a 4-year-old child involved. According to reports, Galloway’s parents are now suing for visitation rights following the shocking murder suicide. The incident unraveled during a custody dispute between Galloway and ex-husband Zachariah Reed.
