Donald Trump may soon be without many of his NY properties. According to ABC News, New York’s Letitia James revealed that the state is fully prepared to go after his assets and some of his properties if he can’t foot his legal bill.

“If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek judgment enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets,” James told ABC News.
It comes as Trump has repeatedly attempted to downplay the judgement calling it essentially a political witch hunt. He previously claimed businesses would flee the state as a result of the judgement against him.
