Houthi ‘s have struck again. Amid soaring tensions in the region over the Israel-Gaza war, a huge cargo vessel was seized by Yemen ‘s Houthi rebels and it is believed to be owned by an Israeli businessman.

According to Al Jazeera, Houthi rebels who control Northern Yemen and its Red Coast have hijacked an assumed Israeli cargo ship/rig that some say belongs to an Israeli business exec. Israel, however, denies such reports though business records for the ship actually trace back to one of Israel ‘s richest men.

The theft comes amid increasing tensions between the Arab and Jewish world over the war in Gaza.
