Alabama’s attorney general is among those that seem to think the law is beneath them. In a pair of new court filings, Steve Marshall claimed he has the right to prosecute anyone who does.
Marshall per the filing is attempting to cite a vague Alabama law that otherwise would make it a crime to assist in a crime from outside of Alabama.
