Romanian authorities have closed in on Andrew Tate ‘s reported bodyguard who they claim may have played a pivotal role in Tate’s alleged human trafficking operation.
DIICOT has now moved on Andrew Tate ‘s reported bodyguard Bogdan Stancu, who runs private security firm Team Risk Security, amid reports his cell phone has been seized in the investigation. According to authorities, Stancu allegedly helped guard the compound where women were kept against their will after being tricked into coming into the country.
The Sun reports that authorities believe that he was during the time in which the Tate brothers stayed at the compound their de facto bodyguard. Sources told the magazine that he is not suspected of any wrongdoing, however, he likely is being considered a potential star witness due to having been close to the brothers and in proximity of their activities behind doors of the compound.
Interesting of note is that police believe that he was responsible for recruiting a small army of ‘mercenaries’ for the Tate brothers although their purpose is unclear.
